I bought both Adobe Photoshop and elements 13 first.  I received my serial numbers by e-mail and on the site of Adobe.  I'm trying to install Photoshop and I tried the TWO serial numbers (including copy them / paste) and every time I get the message error "this serial number is not valid for Adobe Photoshop Elements 13"

In 2013, I bought and downloaded Photoshop and first 12 items on a Windows computer, but I recently upgraded to a Macbook Pro and I am at the step in the installation process where you provide your serial number. Unfortunately, whenever I try to make progress, I get the message 'this serial number is not valid for Adobe Photoshop Elements 12'. I have checked and make sure that it is the right code.  Does anyone know why this is, and how I might be able to fix it?

Since version 13 is no longer marketed, I will assume that you are since long TIME 30 days return policy

You'll have to buy version 14 for your Mac... or install a software emulation to then run your program Windows on a Mac
